Harvest Pride bakery products are produced by the H&S Bakery, a company whose roots go back to the partnership of two immigrant families in 1943. Harry Tsakalos and Steve Paterakis opened their first bakery in Baltimore and named it H&S, for Harry and Steve. H&S products are distributed to 23 states by a fleet of 400 delivery vans and 200 tractor trailers. Known for their hearth-baked bread, H&S produces specialty breads and private label programs for the foodservice industry.
