Tenzo Tea was created with the mission to offer a clean caffeine beverage for daily consumption that wasn't loaded with sugar and was fairly priced. After founders Robbie and Steve were tired of the constant crashing from unhealthy energy beverages, the two partnered with a 12th generation expert tea master in Japan to make a proprietary blend of ceremonial and organic matcha that tasted delicious with just water. Tenzo's green tea plants are grown in Kagoshima, Japan, on the island of Kyushu. Kyushu's tropical climate and eleven active volcanoes provide a nutrient-rich agricultural landscape and plenty of water and sunlight that is optimal for growing green tea. Read more
