Blaise's entrepreneurial spirit and dominating personality earned him the nickname “The Wolf”. This nickname inspired the company’s logo and its graphic identity. Specializing in premium cutlery, Claude Dozorme knives undergo 45 production stages, many of which are manual and require experienced artisans. They were one of the first companies in France to use digitally controlled laser technology to cut their knife blades with an accuracy of a few tenths of millimeters.
