These knives are amazing! We sample steak and other proteins at a number of trade shows and these knives worked fantastic. Easily cut our filet or ribeye into sample size pieces. On the real bonuses of this knife is that we could also use them as "spatulas" to move the trimmed pieces into the warming pans. Came right out of the packaging with a very sharp edge and nice balance to them. All ready looking to buy more of them.

This nice has the perfect weight to it. The handle is also easy to grip. It arrives pre-sharpened, so you there's no hassle when you're first ready to use it. I plan to use this with everything from cutting thick pastries to de-boning whole chicken and turkey.

I definitely recommend this knife. I've owned this knife for a couple months now and while there is an adjustment period once you get used to it, this will probably be the only knife you need (except maybe a small paring knife). You can mince, chop, slice, use the stainless steel handle as a makeshift pestle, etc... it's an extremely versatile knife. Don't use this on bones though despite how it looks it is not a meat/bone cleaver. So fruit, veggies and boneless meats and seafood are your best bet

i will call this a life saver in my kitchen, i use this to prep all my fishes and chicken, i buy all my stuff in bulk ,i need to come home to deal with the cleaning, since i dont ve the electric machine, this help me alot in cutting bones

It may be a light-blade, but it handles tough jobs like a pro. It is still light weight enough that I can use it for even small tasks like mincing onions and peppers.
