Is this the best cleaver in the world? No, not by far. But for the price and basic application (not using it through bones), this is a wonderful knife! No rusting, holds an edge well, and perfect for cutting dough for noodles or chopping cabbage and more. I've had this knife for years and as long as I know where/when not to use the knife (do not use this knife with substantial bones) then I'll have this for years longer.
