Nice for any typical vegetable preparation and nice handle
Sharp as heck (be careful!) and slices through or chops vegetables more easily than any other knife I've ever used. Perfect size and perfect quality!
I had a Mercer knife for a long time, and this one will most likely last me just as long. Mercer does a great job for a good price.
