This Santoku knife is so great! I bought it around a year ago and it really is a beauty! The shape of it is really great... around 1.5cm longer as the usual santoku and it´s more rounded than the usual santoku which makes it perfect for rocking herbs and stuff like that. The sharpness of this knife is next level and I love the rounded spine bevel.
