I wish I would have bought this years ago!! Works great, cooks evenly. Easy to clean and holds so many pans. The timer is spot on and you can hear buzzer in a busy kitchen.

Not satisfied at all with this oven!!! I've only had this oven for a year and the heating elements have stopped working. The oven is quite noisy and produces uneven heating. Thankfully my oven is still under warranty but unfortunately, when I called on a Monday I was told that the earliest they could have someone come out is Thursday or Friday. I can not operate my cupcake business without an oven so it needless to say how frustrated I am because of the business loss that I suffer because of this. After reading other reviews, I see that this has been a problem for other as well. I have been a customer of this site for many years and never write reviews but I want to warn others of this potential problem before they consider purchasing this product.

I have purchased two of these and both times (4 year apart) they've arrived needing repairs. The thermostat and control on both ovens needed to be replaced when I received them brand new. The new one I just purchased has also had an issue of the motor shutting off randomly but the lights still staying on and the heat shutting off. It's obviously under warranty but the tech said he couldn't figure it out so he just left it as is. So frustrating. I love bakers pride but I'm not going to use these ovens next time

I like this oven but I do have a few issues with it. The oven does everything that you would want a convection oven to do. It has removable shelf racks so you can really get in there to clean which is a great feature. My issues with the oven are that when you turn the fan off the heating element also turns off so it must be used as a convection oven. My unit also made quite a bit of noise for about two months, it was a piercing "bearing noise" that has stopped but was almost intolerable at times. The timer has also proven to be slightly unreliable, if you turn it past 10min and then back to your desired time it seems to work 95% of the time but the 5% it will jump up and bite you. I was limited to what oven I could buy because of our space but would recommend this oven to anyone who needs an electric convection oven.

This oven is amazing once you learn how to use it. I'm not sure if I was an isolated incident, but within the first month of me using my oven I had to have someone come repair it. I wasn't happy but webstaurant customer service was amazing and had someone fix it ASAP. I also think it heats unevenly. Again, this could just be mine or maybe it's true about all convection ovens, this is my first one so I don't know. I do know that when I put in larger cakes/cupcake trays I rotate them halfway through. Overall, I do love my oven.

I bought this oven when I opened my cupcake shop. It has worked perfectly and bakes just as it should. I can fit my 24 ct and my 48 mini cupcake pans in there.

This is a great portable oven for offsite catering needs. This is a very easy oven to use and great warming oven for when you are bringing already cooked food to your site.

I really love this oven! Not only does it accurately bake, but if it gets in the way I can easily move it out of the way. This was a great buy!

This is a fantastic oven to have! Nice for off site catering events where having a hot oven is a must! Easy to transport and hook up!!!

This oven heats up fast and works great, I put 5 full size pans in it at a time full of bagels and they all come out great. Took about a week for the new oven smell to go away but I hear that's normal.
