Our purchase of this item ensured that we will NEVER purchase another Garland brand product. We purchased this oven a year ago in an attempt to be prepared for our old oven to stop working. Funny enough, only this month did our old oven bite the dust. This Garland had been sitting, still boxed, in a climate-controlled space beside our shop. While on the phone with a Garland employee, my husband and an electrician got the new oven installed. Right away the oven gave us difficulty (weird smell, digital timer problems-which the manual only showed instructions for a manual timer-and temperature issues). We finally had to have a Garland certified technician come out. He assessed that the oven was installed properly, but our oven motor was bad.
