Convenient Capacity

This unit offers a full size cavity that houses 3 adjustable wire racks. These racks rest on the 11 sets of slides along the interior side walls, so you can benefit from a variety of rack configurations to best accommodate your trays or full size food pans.

Powerful Performance

Powered by 54,000 total BTU, the unit reaches temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with an electric automatic thermostat for reliable precision. A natural gas and a 120V electrical connection are required for operation.

Safety Features

For safety purposes, it features an automatic ignition system, which activates in the event of a flameout. Plus, if ignition fails 3 times, the unit will automatically shut down.

Cooking Control

A 60 minute timer helps you keep track of foods' progress while you multi-task in the prep or storage areas. You can also switch the built-in convection fan between 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low. This gives you control over the oven's functioning so that it's always operating in the best manner for your tried-and-true or experimental recipes.

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.     Though we were getting a good deal on a good oven, and that couldn't be farther from the truth. Purchased this oven 3 months ago, and initial impressions were good. It looks good, heats good and was a vast improvement from our old oven. 3 months later, it's dead and we're getting next to ZERO response from the manufacturer. Both the igniter and the motor have gone out and our main oven has been non-functional for 3 WEEKS as we, and the factory authorized service tech, try to call and get the parts to fix it. Seriously. 3 weeks in, and the manufacturer hasn't even shipped the parts out. If you're going to sell garbage, you'd better be johnny on the spot when it comes to fixing it. Avoid this oven at all costs. No amount of money saved up front is worth the headache and expense of not having a working oven and being forced to deal with this company. This is a total fail, Webstaurant Store.

    I bought two of these ovens at the same time and installed them on two different locations with a certified technician. One has been used for less than a month and it started presenting overheating on the exterior motor for the fan and turns off. several of the electrical connection have failed and basically it works whenever it wants. the second was placed as a second use oven in a production kitchen. it works a maximum of 3 hours per day and has presente numerous electrical issues. We are aware that it is not a high grade ultra expensive oven, but we expected them to work and they don´t. For the record, we own 15 restaurants with different equipment brands and these ovens are a waste of money

    So far so good. Have ordered four of these within the last few months and they all are working as advertised. I was concerned due to previous reviews but these seem to be working just fine. If they hold up it will be well worth the money.
    This is a great piece of equipment in our kitchen. We purchased this in 2018 and use it as our primary Oven for entrees, baked good and so forth. The oven runs extremely consistent and produces great food every time. WE are probably going to purchase two more in the next year as our business has doubled. My entire team all highly recommend this oven for your Commercial kitchen. Just remember not to put stuff on top of it LOL
