Cooking Control

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.     oven Great baked heats convection happy kitchen quickly bake 2018
    Great convection oven. Heat up quickly and controla are very user freindly. The timer however sometimes gets stuck when selecting times under 10 minutes so you may want to have a little digial one handy. Not a deal breaker though considering the reasonable price.
    Very happy with this convection oven. It quickly and evenly bake and heats pans of our sides. Very happy with how this has performed and would add another if/when needed.
    This is a great piece of equipment in our kitchen. We purchased this in 2018 and use it as our primary Oven for entrees, baked good and so forth. The oven runs extremely consistent and produces great food every time. WE are probably going to purchase two more in the next year as our business has doubled. My entire team all highly recommend this oven for your Commercial kitchen. Just remember not to put stuff on top of it LOL
