This convection oven is constructed with a durable stainless steel front, top, sides, and trim. It has a 60/40 independent door design with double pane, thermal glass windows. For maximum heat retention, it is fully insulated. Additionally, stainless steel seals line each door to prevent any potential loss of heat. All of these things combine for one of the most efficiently designed convention ovens on the market.
