The thermometer features a triple sensor design including Type-T and Type-K thermocouples and a thermistor for superior accuracy and quick response. The wide temperature range of -328 to 2501 degrees Fahrenheit has an accuracy within + / - 0.4 to + / - 0.9 degrees of the temperature reading. Plus, this thermometer includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience.

The Comark PT24L/C probe is a food penetration probe perfect for measuring the internal temperature of foods to make sure proper food safety is followed in your kitchen. It has a temperature range of -148 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. This thermometer has a protective rubber boot for added protection. It also has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the thermometer and probe handle for increased sanitation and safety. It's IP68 waterproof rated so that you can use this thermometer in humid or steamy environments. The rugged construction is easy to clean and has a large 1 1/4" LCD display so your staff can easily see the temperature readings.
