Ensure the integrity of your facility's HACCP plan by monitoring temperatures with this Cooper-Atkins 50305-K type-K mountable freezer/cooler air probe with 24" coiled cable and 96" sensor cable. This probe is designed to continually monitor the temperature of freezers and coolers in commercial food service applications. When used with a compatible thermocouple instrument (sold separately) it can be plugged into a junction box, allowing employees to quickly check the interior temperature of refrigerated storage without opening the door and wasting energy.

This probe has an impressive temperature range of -40 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It provides precise ambient temperature readings in refrigerated air streams in approximately 25 seconds. Additionally, the probe features a 24" retractable coiled cable that ensures good maneuverability and ample reach while eliminating cable dragging. The cable can withstand exposure to temperatures up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit.
