Measure food temperature with precision and accuracy using this CDN INTP626X ProAccurate HACCP waterproof digital infrared thermometer with folding thermocouple probe. Designed with a dual purpose in mind, this thermometer has the capability to perform non-contact surface temperature readings with its infrared features as well as measure internal temperatures with its thermocouple probe. The thermocouple probe folds away when it's not in use and the thermometer can be stored in the included case. The infrared thermometer has a temperature range of -67 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit and the Type-K thermocouple has a temperature range of -67 to 626 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, this thermometer includes a Fahrenheit and Celsius scale for added versatility.
The large LCD display clearly shows temperature readings to the user. This innovative, all-in-one thermometer displays maximum and minimum temperatures as well as a lock feature for continuous scanning. Its distance-to-spot ratio is 2.5:1 with preconfigured 0.95 emissivity rate that is ideal for food surface measurements. For your convenience, there are also HACCP check lights for easy temperature monitoring. The BioCote Antimicrobial Protection also helps prevent bacteria growth for a safe, sanitary tool in your kitchen. This thermometer includes (2) AAA batteries for operation with 18 hours of battery life. The auto-off function also helps conserve the battery when the thermometer is not in use.
