Use this Cooper-Atkins 55035 AquaTuff 6" type-K surface probe with 35 1/2" cable to replace the part that originally came with your AquaTuff Wrap&Stow thermocouple device. Enjoy the convenience of easily installing the new probe on the spot without the need for calibration for continued accuracy. Wrap & Stow thermocouple instruments are equipped with integrated storage channels designed to safely hold and protect probes when not in use.

This surface probe has an impressive temperature range of -40 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The handle and cable have a maximum temperature tolerance of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Use this probe to monitor the temperature of refrigeration and cooking surfaces, containers, and utensils to ensure the integrity of your facility's HACCP plan. With this versatile instrument, you'll have accurate readings time after time in just 2 seconds.

The quick response time is made possible by using a drop of oil on the surface being measured, which helps to conduct the heat. This probe includes a flexible 35 1/2" cable with a synthetic rubber jacket that provides exceptional resistance to heat, oils, chemicals, and mechanical abrasion. Additionally, the probe's convenient right-angle tip makes it easy to access hard to reach areas and ensures that the operator is able to hold the instrument safely and comfortably above hot surfaces.
