What is the best method to replacing my probe on this unit?
If the probe needs to be replaced, the unit can be sent back to factory and the new probe will be calibrated to the unit or it can be replaced in the field, but would not at that point be calibrated to the unit. It will have normal +/- accuracy of 1F depending on the probe which is very close to the .9F from the factory.
