This extra-long 35" probe is ideal for continuously measuring temperature throughout the cooking process in large kettles and vats. The T-handle makes it comfortable to hold during operation and has a maximum temperature tolerance of 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

The probe has an impressive temperature range of -100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It provides precise readings in just 2 seconds when immersed in liquids. The flexible 36" cable provides ample length to work with and is covered in a fluoroelastomer jacket for optimal thermal and abrasion resistance.
