That's where this DuraNeedle probe comes in handy. The probe's 4" long, 1/8" diameter needle point shaft is perfect for direct insertion applications. It is capable of reading a temperature range from -100 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Connect it to a compatible thermocouple thermometer (sold separately) and receive accurate internal food temperature readings in just 1 second. This probe features a rugged design for dependable performance and quick results. The maximum tip temperature of this direct connect probe is 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
