Ensure food safety during the storing, cooking, and holding phases of food production by monitoring internal equipment temperatures with the Cooper-Atkins 50306-K K-Type Oven / Freezer Air probe. Versatile in design and operation, this instrument measures temperatures from -100 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfect for either hot or cold-side applications. It features a ultra-fast 1 second response time for liquid measurements and an excellent 4 to 10 second response time when used for measuring air temperatures in a 5m/sec air stream.
The instrument includes a stainless steel overbraid that encases the cable, protecting it from the extreme environments of coolers, freezers, and ovens. Plus, a stainless steel shield is built-in to prevent stainless steel equipment surfaces from hindering accurate temperatures. An easy-to-use mounting clip is included to enable hassle-free installation in the unit the probe monitors.
