This thermometer includes a thermocouple Type K, 304 stainless steel probe that folds down when it's not in use. Its folding capability not only makes the unit compact, but it helps protect the probe from damage, providing long-lasting convenience to benefit your operation. It's also water-resistant to withstand use in humid or steamy environments as you measure the temperature of thin cuts of meat, fish, or poultry.

This thermometer reads temperatures between -58 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and it includes a Celsius setting for added versatility. It can also be field calibrated to ensure accuracy with every use. Plus, there is a Min / Max function to make it easy to monitor temperatures. Thanks to the backlit display and large digits, this thermometer provides superior visibility. Since it's battery-operated, the unit includes an auto-off feature to help preserve battery life. This thermometer includes (2) CR2032 batteries so you can get started right away.
