Ensure food safety in your establishment with this Comark C48/P7 waterproof Type-K thermocouple thermometer kit with 2 probes and soft carry case. This kit includes a Type-K thermocouple thermometer, 2 probes, and a soft carry case so you can get started right away. The carry case is a professional, durable carrying case perfect for storing your thermometer and probes when they are not in use. The thermometer has a wide measuring range of -328 to 2502 degrees Fahrenheit and an accuracy within + / - 0.4 degrees of the temperature reading. Plus, this thermometer includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience.
The 2 probes include Comark PK19M and SK42M. The Comark PK19M is a thin tip penetration probe perfect for measuring the temperature of liquid or solid foods to make sure proper food safety is followed in your kitchen. It has a temperature range of -58 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. To measure the surface temperatures of griddles or grills use the Comark SK42M, which has a temperature range of -58 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit.
This thermometer has a protective rubber boot for added protection. It also has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection for increased sanitation and safety. It's IP65/67 waterproof rated so that you can use this thermometer in humid or steamy environments. The simple, 4-button keypad is easy to clean and has a large 1 1/4" LCD display so your staff can easily see the temperature readings. This thermometer includes an auto-off feature to preserve the (2) AA batteries included, which have 5,000 hours of battery life. The additional thermometer features include a 60 minute countdown timer, data hold, MAX / MIN temperature, and a permanent clock display.
