Ensure food safety in your establishment with this Comark C42/P5 waterproof Type-T thermocouple thermometer kit with thin tip penetration probe and soft carry case. This kit includes a Type-T thermocouple thermometer, a thin tip probe, and a soft carry case so you can get started right away. The carry case is a professional, durable carrying case with an integrated strap for added convenience. The thermometer has a wide measuring range of -328 to 752 degrees Fahrenheit and an accuracy within + / - 0.9 degrees of the temperature reading. The included probe has a temperature range of -148 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, this thermometer includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience.

This thermometer has a protective rubber boot for added protection. It also has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection for increased sanitation and safety. It's IP65/67 waterproof rated so that you can use this thermometer in humid or steamy environments. The simple, 4-button keypad is easy to clean and has a large 1 1/4" LCD display so your staff can easily see the temperature readings. The BioCote Antimicrobial Protection on the handle of the probe provides added sanitation and safety. It also comes equipped with a coiled cable that extends to 39" when you need a longer reach, and then it retracts for convenient storage. This thermometer includes an auto-off feature to preserve the (2) AA batteries included, which have 5,000 hours of battery life. The additional thermometer features include a 60 minute countdown timer, data hold, MAX / MIN temperature, and a permanent clock display.
