How can I properly care for this glazed aluminum item?
To preserve the glaze coating on your pan, please refer to the provided care instructions. Remove baked items from your pan as soon as possible and do not use the pan for storage. Moisture can cause the coating to lift. For the best performance, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth instead of submerging in water. Use only mild soap or detergent and never soak the pan. Wipe completely dry and store upside down.

    We used to use smaller pans for making breakfast breads at our bakery. We were looking for something larger to get bigger batches, and these worked great! I'm sure you could use them for normal yeast breads too. Good design and material, they stack well for added space-saving.

    These are exceptional quality loaf pans. I use these on a daily basis to bake my homemade bread. I use these at home and at my restaurant. Thank you WEBstaurant for the very low price and I'll definitely be back for more. And I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    These bread pans are heavy duty and are not sticky when it comes to getting cooked bread out. The pans work well for baking sourdough and yeast ed breads at high temperatures.

    These bread pans are totally awesome and very substantially made. Wash beautifully and the best part is that you can cut at least 15 minutes from the baking time of a loaf of fruit or specialty bread, which means that the edges are still moist when the center is done. Ordered several on behalf of friends to cut down our shipping costs.

    i just love this pan i only bought one because i was not sure that this was what i needed.I bake lots of bread and i wanted a pan that i could use to bake a loaf of bread that was similar in size to a store bought loaf of bread .i wanted a loaf of bread that i could cut to make sandwiches.Not only was the size perfect it bakes evenly and is non stick i love this pan and will be purchasing more of them buy it you can't go wrong with this pan.

    These are nice quality loaf pans. The nonstick finish helps your breads and quick breads slid right out when done cooking. The 1 1/2 pound size is perfect.

    Strong and superior quality from all the other loaf pans that i have. it is surely a user friendly pan and, i am enjoying it.
    These are our new favorite bread loaf pans. We'd had a different 1.5 lb pan, but the sides were too high and the pan wasn't wide enough. We found these, and now can't use them fast enough. Our long sourdough loaves, for wholesale customers, are all made in these pans. We never have issues with the loaves sticking, and the rise on the bread is always nice. They clean easily and we stick them in a recently-turned-off oven to dry, which helps get the nooks and crevices dry. Love these!
    These are heavy duty bread pans that provide great heat transfer and are coated with a silicone glaze that helps the bread release cleanly. I would recommend for any kitchen.
    I love this pan, it is very solid and well constructed rolled edges and folded corners. I bake breads that weigh 2.75 pounds in these pans. I got them as a test but I will buy more for sure A++++
    These pans have made our lives easier. We make 30 + loaves a week. They take a beating. My only issue is the outer layer of the pan peels off. Not sure if that has something to do with the sanitizer water we use. Would not mind some feedback from customer service on this. We don't want to harm our customers!!

    This is a commercial quality pan. Heavy duty is an overused and subjective term but these truly are HD. The actual weight of one pan is 1.33 lb. That means an even bake and resistance to denting. The aluminium silicone coating allows the baked loaf to slip right out and cleaning is unnecessary or minimal. I am an avid amateur baker , baking bread on a weekly basis . I bought two of these pans from WEbstaurant and am very pleased with the delivery and the pans themselves. They've performed admirably. Great value!
    My family bakes whole wheat bread at least once a week and this is now our standard pan. It is the perfect size and shape for a 2 lb. whole wheat loaf, easy to clean, nonstick, and sturdy. After having tried many pans much more expensive than this one, It comes in a variety of lengths if you want a smaller size. Based on past experience with nonstick pans, the coating may wear off after 100+ uses. After that point I suggest using coconut oil-based spray (or other oils that do not break down at baking temperatures).

    This loaf pan has great, durable construction. The edges are rolled over to increase structural integrity and won't warp or buckle after lots of use.
    This is a great heavy duty bread pan. The pan is made of Aluminized Steel and is coated with a silicone glaze to help the bread release easily. The pan has nice crisp corners, and will hold up to lots of use.
    These are large heavy pans with a nice shiny coating. They bake evenly without over browning the bottom. They stack easily which makes storage a breeze. And they hand wash and dry quickly.
    I bought these as a test trying to find that perfect size for my Easter buns and although it is well made and my product came out great, I am going to use the straight side pans.
    This will actually serve as a soapmaking mold. Just line it with parchment paper and it's good to go. I like making it in loaves and then slicing to the thickness I need.
    The 1 1/2 lb bread loaf pans are very heavy pans. The walls are thick and will keep form well. They are easy to care for as well as priced well.
