Crafted from 26 gauge aluminized steel, this pan is hot-dipped in an aluminum-silicon alloy, offering added durability and superior heat transfer, while its folded construction and wire located within the rim will help prevent warping and maintain the pan's shape after repeated use. I have used these pans for years and been very happy with their heat transfer and silicon stick-free coating. I have 24 of them and use them every week. I ordered 6 more and those 6 are sticking and destroying my loaves. Perhaps the quality has gone down? I do the exact same thing I do with the other 24 pans.

We appreciate your review, Dylan. Our Customer Solutions team will remain in contact with you about this.
