Sturdy and well built bread pan. This is an exceptionally well built bread pan for the price and is substantially weighted/built (to help conduct heat) without being difficult to use. Mine originally arrived dented however Webstaurantstore support was excellent in handling and I expect to use the pans for years to come.

These are very heavy duty and sturdy loaf pans. I lightly greased the pan for my first loaf of bread and the loaf just slid out, even with an egg wash that had run down the sides between the bread and the pan. My one caution/concern is that the bottom corners can be a bit sharp and if you stack one inside the other, they can scratch the non-stick coating. Unfortunately I have a pan that now has two small scratched patches, but the pan will hopefully still work fine. I'll try to make sure to keep some sort of cloth barrier between the pans when stacking for storage.

Another great product by choice is pound and a half left size pan heat very evenly and cooks very well it is pretty non-stick but for items that are cooked at long time or at high high heat some nonstick spray is required we love these pans makes a beautiful golden brown crust

Is nicely made and feels heavy. However, I received mine with some of coating already damaged. Makes me question how long the nonstick will last but time will tell.
All came pre-scratched. They came stacked together with just thin plastic bags separating them. Each pan had small interior scratches on all 4 corners where the top nested pan rested on the one beneath. Needless to say a disappointing discovery. Other than that, they work well and the sides and bottom brown loaves nicely and I like the size. I'm using oil + parchment for now since I don't trust non-stick claims with heavy usage. I'll probably test its non-stick capabilities on a loaf at some point with just oil. Debated on a 3 star rating, but they are nice pans at a fair price. They need to solve the scratch issue though. Round those corners, or package with thin cardboard liners that we can reuse for our own storage.
