This metallic aluminized steel pan is very useful. When used to bake things on, it doesn't stick. I've baked many hotdog breads on this pan and they were so easy to remove from the pan.

So far so good. The only think I wish was that they were placed closer so the buns would rise together. The Chicago Metallic 42465 32 mold has the buns in groups of 4. i really liked that one, but the full mold was too big for our proof box and oven tray. So, I had to reorder the 18 mold, but like I said, they aren't place together the same way the 32 mold is. I don't even spray the pan before placing the buns on there. I just place the dough on, then into the proof box. Love it!
