Cook a wide variety of food with the perfect cooking method using the Blodgett-Combi BLCT-61E-H electric boiler-free 5-6 pan combi oven! This combi oven features 8 cooking modes including hot air, CombiSmart, steaming, low-temperature steaming, forced steaming, proofing, and preheating to accommodate nearly any food, while the combination setting lets you thoroughly cook food much faster than steam or convection alone.

For easy use, this combi oven comes with touchscreen controls that feature individual rack timing options, a retherm mode, recipe storage, and manual cooling, for clarity. The integrated ventless hood system allows you to install your combi virtually anywhere. A condenser that removes steam exhaust and draws steam into the hood and out the exhaust vent, and a catalyst that diffuses smoke and fumes, keep your cooking environment safe. For drainage, a fixed 2" water drain enables adequate drainage. The unit comes equipped with a 31 1/2" stand to keep the unit situated off the ground and easily accessible, while also providing extra storage for pans or utensils.

To help with visibility during operation, built-in halogen lights come standard with this oven. The front door is built with dual-pane tempered glass for easy cleaning, while the exterior and interior are made of 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. And, thanks to its two-step safety door latch, you can limit the potential for injury or error. This unit requires a 480V / 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
