This high speed oven was exactly what we were looking for. With its programmable capabilities, and rapid cooking technology, this is a perfect fit for our new business. Quick delivery and a great delivery experience. Our driver went above and beyond to ensure that our product was delivered on time and inside our business. After using the Solwave G1-RCO-H Rapid Cook Oven for about a year and a half, I’ve had a mixed experience with its performance. Initially, the oven delivered on its promise—offering fast and efficient cooking with its combination of microwave and convection heating, making it a great addition to any kitchen requiring speed without sacrificing food quality. However, three critical component failure surfaced shortly after the 1-year warranty period expired. The magnetron noise filter, EMI Filter and one of the Magnetron, failed unexpectedly. This led to noticeable buzzing sounds during microwave use, erratic temperature fluctuations, and even temporary Wi-Fi/Bluetooth interference in nearby devices. The symptoms progressively worsened, with the control screen flashing intermittently when using the microwave function. Interestingly, reducing microwave power below 50% seemed to lessen the issue. Upon inspection, the components mentioned showed wear, and replacing it was necessary to restore proper function. Repair & Availability Read More
Ridiculous. my oven has only been used 2 months, and it broke down. Followed the steps to get it repaired and after almost 3 days receive a msg that the repair company has been contacted, and they have 2 days to respond and 5 to seven days to repair. I'm running a coffee shop. How do you tell someone it will be a week before you get service.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this oven. It is a complete waste of money and time. I received a message immediately after installing the machine to call the after sale service. Ready Kitchen Warranty sent a service provider and they are trying to fix the brand new machine that I have not even used it instead of replacing it. I do not even know what to do. I just lost $. I will definitely file a claim with BBB against all parties.
