For added convenience, a removable food probe senses the internal product temperature and automatically shifts the unit to hold mode once the cook time parameters have been reached. It can also accommodate labor-free overnight smoking, cooking, and holding, helping you to save time and reduce operating costs. Plus, to help get you started, the unit comes with complimentary sample bags of wood chips.

This unit has a temperature range of 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and a hold temperature range of 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. It smokes with real wood chips, and its built-in smoke timer allows you to adjust the amount of smokiness from mild to heavy!
