The first day after receiving this product. After plugging it in, hoping it would work for the next day for the coffee shop we received this message on the machine, even after returning it multiple times, it still does not work. Even after unplugging it and give it time to restart it still does not work and apparently this is a brand new Machine. What a horrible disappointment. After spending so much money, I don’t understand how they could ship a machine to me without pre-checking to see if it’s working or not
