Jumpstart your kitchen efficiency and unlock ultra-fast cook times with the Lincoln V2500/1346 DCTI-V digital countertop impinger ventless electric conveyor oven. Its air impingement technology uses jets of hot air to help cook food 2 to 4 times faster than conventional ovens while also providing more uniform heating. To further boost efficiency, this unit comes with 2 stackable conveyor ovens for double the output in the same footprint, ultimately increasing productivity and saving you money on the bottom line. Boasting a ventless design, this unit increases operational flexibility and lowers installation costs, making the oven perfect for nearly any application.
This oven utilizes a removable 50" long stainless steel conveyor belt within a spacious 20" baking chamber. Because of the extended belt, you'll be able to prep more pizzas, sandwiches, or appetizers, saving you time up front. Its intuitive digital controls on the front of the unit let you easily adjust cooking times from 30 seconds to 15 minutes. The conveyor belt even features a reverse function that allows you to keep cooking without having to pick up the food and put it back on the belt.
The oven's temperature range can be adjusted from 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit, combining with a 3" opening to accommodate a wide variety of products. It features a durable stainless steel exterior and four removable air distribution fingers within the baking chamber for optimum durability and easy cleaning. Each oven requires a 208-240V electrical connection.
