With a small, 18" footprint, lightweight construction, and ventless operation, this countertop oven can be placed virtually anywhere without type I or type II ventilation. Six programmable preset timers allow you to simply insert a pizza, press a button, and remove the pizza when finished! This oven uses TurboChef's catalytic technology with top and bottom convection motors to quickly heat pizzas to the perfect temperature and doneness. Each convection motor features independent controls, allowing you to customize temperatures for perfectly cooked toppings and crispy crust. Plus, both top and bottom convection fans heat up to 842 degrees Fahrenheit.

The turbochef Fire is one of the most useful tools for a pizzeria that has ever been created. It took some time to dial in, but our Fire cooks a pizza fully in 2 minutes plus a few seconds per topping, cooks garlic bread in 40 seconds, shaves 6 minutes off the cook time of a Sicilian pizza by starting it in the Fire for 4 minutes then transferring to the deck, heats meatballs in marinara in 2 minutes flat, will reheat a slice in 30-40 seconds and will cook nearly anything that will fit, well. We use a stone in ours and don't run it at full temp either. 842 is just too hot. 600 plus or minus will make light work of your smaller pies. I have three of them in addition to a brick oven and 2 bakers prides. Absolutely indispensable and worth every penny. It will take some dialing in, so don't get discouraged. Try different temps and durations.

Oven prone to break down. The glass in the door shattered twice. The replacement cost was expensive each time. We have now replaced the glass with custom made double walled stainless steel panel since we don't really need to see pizza cooking. The upper temperature probe failed which cost more to replace then 2 months later the bottom probe failed, more cost. This all happened within one year. I was able to repair this oven myself because I have an extensive back ground in mechanical and electrical servicing ( I repaired consumer electrical/mechanical devices for 20 years prior). I have no idea what turbo chef would have charged for these repairs or if they even had somewhere I could get it fixed. I also believe the front control panel will be failing soon because of the discoloration now this repair will be more money. Simply said you will not make money with this oven, so much in repair cost plus down time for first year with me doing the repairs.

The warranty document that comes with this product has instructions for who to contact if you need to file a warranty claim within the first year of owning it. In the future, we recommend reaching out to file a claim before attempting self-repairs, as it may void your current warranty before the 12 months are up. A very capable counter-top oven! What I love about it is the high-quality build, the high temps it can reach, and how quick it is to heat up. It does an amazing job cooking pizza or anything else you can fit in there. No venting is required so this oven can go anywhere. A true commercial oven. Dislikes: Seems to emit a strong odor even after several hours of use. I thought it would go away after but it something creates a smell when it heats up. Also, the shipping packing is downright horrible - a cardboard box. A little oven of this value should be crated! Oven arrived with forklift holes in the box, barely missing the glass window.

We bought this to replace our stone deck pizza ovens that couldn't keep up with the demand. This oven is FANTASTIC!!!! My staff absolutely loves it and we don't dread fulfilling pizza orders now. It cooks them so fast and consistent. We used the default timing and set the timer to 205 seconds for a defrosted parbake pizza crust. Will cook a little longer if there are a lot of toppings. This oven is a game changer for sure!
