We purchased this oven in April 2023, after 7 months of service, it stopped generating enough heat to cook our menu items, which post health hazard and liability issue to our restaurant. In November 2023 we called ADP/Amana's service provider ComServe for a warranty repair service. However, the nightmare start from there, after scheduling it, their local technician failed to show up every time. I called Comserve at least 10 times and their local technician at least 20 times during about 3 months of time. In mid February of 2024 we finally got a guy to come in. YES that's from Nov 2023 to Feb 2024. While on the visit the tech said he "fixed a burnt wire and the oven is good to go" and left before we can turned it on, pre heat it and test it out.
