Easily form consistent, quality pizza dough with this pizza dough former! Ideal for pizza shops and restaurants, this machine is easy to use by non-specialized operators. Simply prepare the dough and the machine will do the rest of the work. It is operated by simple on / off buttons and runs on a 1/2 hp motor for efficient use. Once turned on, the center cones move at a consistent speed to evenly apply pressure to the dough and create the desired shape and crust. The longer the machine runs, the thinner the dough will become.

This unit comes with 3 dough discs with a flat side and end crust shaping side to form different size pizza dough with a diameter of 12", 14", 16", 18", or 20". The anti-slip feet ensure stability and safe use, and they are adjustable by height for your convenience. Both easy to operate and maintain, this useful tool will make quick and easy work of shaping perfect pizza dough for your busy commercial establishment. This unit requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
