Univex SPRIZZA 50 Details
Create perfectly shaped pizzas with this Univex pizza spinner! This machine replicates the manual dexterity of a pizza chef to flatten, shape, and crust dough into a pizza base up to 19 3/4" in diameter. Its patented micro rolling system creates the pizza base without heating or altering the dough, and it forms a natural crust while keeping in air. It offers an adjustable crust thickness and takes your dough ball from 0% to 85% complete. It is not recommended for pies under 17".
Great for commercial kitchens, this pizza spinner features a countertop design. It is easy to use with both automatic start and stop and manual push buttons. Its dual levers are used for the initial dough pressing and crust formation. This model comes with a 19 11/16" ring with felt lining to support the dough while it spins, helping to maintain a round, even shape without tearing. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
