The DoughXpress DJN 120 dough manual divider / electric rounder makes it easy to achieve various-sized dough portions. With this divider, you can divide dough into 36 part equal pieces, in weights ranging from 1 oz. to 26 oz. each. It's perfect for handling a variety of types of yeast-raised doughs, such as bread, bun, tortilla, and pizza. You'll achieve consistent, repeatable results every time!
With a removable head assembly, cleanup is hassle-free. The dividing head assembly easily removes in seconds without any tools, and it can be placed in either the sink or dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. This unit requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
