I use this divider at work and I love that I can divide the dough into 18 or 36 parts. It makes it easier with the different size pizzas we make. Great piece of machinery.

I'm very happy with my cutter I got the 18 and 36 park by her head very easy to change out this is a great time conceiving piece of equipment to have works good little expensive but that's OK
