Univex DR14 Details
Efficiently prep large batches of dough with this Univex divider / rounder! This machine uses a manual cutting head to divide dough and an automatic, timed rounding process to create consistent dough balls. Ideal for commercial kitchens, it quickly portions and shapes dough into 14 consistent pieces. It cuts and rounds 840 pieces of dough per hour with portions weighing from 3.9 to 10.6 oz.
This machine features a compact countertop design. It is easy to operate with stop and start push buttons, a timer for rounder operation, and a power-on indicator light. It features a 1/2 hp, belt-driven motor and is best used for dough with a hydration ratio between 55% and 65%. A cutting head, an aluminum bowl, 2 dough trays, and 1 cup tray are included. This divider / rounder requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
