First they sent out a product on wrong pallet which caused a breakdown, Ok fine, then after receiving the product, the second week using the sheeter, it started making sound. The punching system is a mess. Be careful it is a hand made product not factory. Waste of time and money. Won't recommend.

It's been 6 months since they delivered to machine to. the my shop! Motor ate the main body little over month old and they replace with a new one in couple weeks. and 3 Mounths later with the new machine they changing the motor because defective motor and I'm not talking about loosen part issues during this period. producing this machine its very useful but this need way more time to putting on the market for the price.
