Efficiently roll out dough with this Univex dough sheeter! With a powerful 3/4 hp motor, this machine produces even, uniform dough sheets. It has a manually adjustable cylinder to change the dough thickness from 0" to 1 15/16", and it sheets dough directly onto heavy-duty rolling pins for easy transport to other work areas. This machine is easy to operate with a main power switch and a direct control lever for forward and reverse operation. The emergency stop switch helps prevent accidents, while the interlock switches cease operation if the safety guard is opened.
Great for commercial kitchens, this dough sheeter features a compact countertop design. Its chrome-polished cylinders have large-diameter, bored shoulders in corrosion-resistant steel for maximum durability. This combines with its ball bearings and universal, reversible scrapers to ensure optimal efficiency. This model also includes a designated area for flour storage while sheeting. The pivoting, removable arms simplify cleaning and allow the table to fold upright for storage or transport. A 220V electrical connection is required for operation.
