Characteristically long and slender with a slightly larger diameter than angel hair, this spaghetti is made of 100% pure durum semolina. Soft and fine, durum semolina is ideal for pasta, easily forming thin strands with its supple, moldable dough. This pasta ships dry and is simple to prepare, requiring only 9 minutes in boiling water. For the entire 1 lb. package, 4 quarts of water should be used. A teaspoon of salt can be added to taste too, or left out if desired. With occasional stirring, the spaghetti will quickly become tender and ready for service. Just add the preferred ingredients, plate, and serve!

the best spaghetti comes from Italy. they have strict standards so you know you'll get a quality, delicious product. this spaghetti from napoli cooks up to a nice al dente and works perfectly for all my different pasta dishes.
This is a fantastic quick-cooking spaghetti. It is thinner than the other 1 lb. spaghetti pasta I have been using from Webstaurant, but I prefer the thinner pasta. It is a little more expensive, but I feel the quality is better.
