I love these buckwheat noodles, I’ve been eating soba noodles since I was little! Soba noodles are great for your health because they are gluten-free, high in flavonoids, and help balance your blood sugar! I enjoy soba noodles chilled with a side of salmon but you can have them hot as well, both are great! I inserted a picture from the recipe I use for an idea on how to serve.
