The DoughXpress DX-BMIH-36/9 36- and 9-part manual dough divider makes it easy to achieve various size doughs, as its 2-in-1 capability and interchangeable heads allow you to achieve your desired portions. With this divider, you can divide dough into 36 or 9 equal pieces, in weights ranging from 1 oz. to 4 oz. or 4 oz. to 16 oz. It's perfect for a handling a variety of types of yeast-raised doughs, such as bread, bun, tortilla, pizza, and cookie, as well as portioning ground meat and sausage. You'll achieve consistent, repeatable results every time!
With a removable head assembly, cleanup is hassle-free. The dividing head assembly easily removes in seconds without any tools, and it can be placed in either the sink or dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. For added mobility, this unit can be paired with the P/N DX-B4-436-0072 portable stand (sold separately).
