Efficiently roll out dough with this Univex dough sheeter! With a powerful 1 hp motor and a 23 3/4" x 126" belt, this machine produces even, uniform dough sheets. It has manually adjustable cylinders to change the dough thickness from 0" to 1 15/16", and it sheets dough directly onto heavy-duty rolling pins for easy transport to other work areas. This machine is easy to operate with a main power switch. It has a direct control lever to adjust the dough thickness and a foot pedal for forward and reverse operation. The emergency stop switch helps prevent accidents, while the interlock switches cease operation if the safety guard is opened.
Great for commercial kitchens, this dough sheeter features a floor design. Its chrome-polished cylinders have large-diameter, bored shoulders in corrosion-resistant steel for maximum durability. This combines with its ball bearings and universal, reversible scrapers to ensure optimal efficiency. This model also includes a designated area for flour storage while sheeting and storage in the base for rolling pins. The pivoting, removable arms simplify cleaning. A 220V, 3-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
