This makes it useful for storing contents in a refrigerator or for blending hot soups. The jar even comes with a rubber gasket lid with heavy-duty lid locks to protect against leaks when in use. Additionally, with the convenient dosing cup, you can easily emulsify while your blender is in use.

Designed for use in harsh applications like restaurant kitchens, healthcare, and college or university foodservice establishments, this blender is made to take a beating. Plus, it's great for your recipes that include thick foods with very little liquid like salsas, dips, and chopped foods.
