This is a nice looking blender. Unfortunately the motor burnt out on ours after the second use. The lid is also weird to push on/ take off, also I feel you have to hold the blender before turning it on to ensure it doesn't get thrown off the motor. The package could have come with more documentation. Total run time under 20 minutes and it burnt out. Have contacted vitamix support. Hope it's not too big of a hassle to get a refund. Have been using a different brand blender for 5 years without an issue.
