Powerful Mixing System
It features a rechargeable lithium-powered Ellipse drive top-down blending mechanism, the Dasher system, that rotates inside the jar to push the contents down for thorough blending. It also features a lid attached to the Dasher system as well as a jar pad and adapter ring that secures the jar and protects the motor housing.
Convenient Container
The 32 oz. copolyester container is made with a cylindrical jar design that allows the Dasher mixing system to scrape around the inside walls of the jar for complete blending with no air pockets, reducing blend times and eliminating the need for a tamper.
Sound Enclosure
This food blender's sound enclosure helps reduce noise and vibrations for commercial blending with less noise.
Flexible Operation
It operates manually using push buttons or by an auto-start setting that runs when the sound enclosure is closed.
Dual-Motor System
Along with its 3 1/2 hp motor, this commercial blender boasts a dual-motor system for heavy-duty blending.
Docking Station
The blender also features a hollow docking station that stores the Ellipse drive while not in use as well as a charging station that completes its charge in 2 hours for 10-12 hours of continuous use. For added convenience, the docking station can be placed in any direction under the base to save space.
