AvaMix Apex HBX20002J 64 oz. 3 1/2 hp Programmable Commercial Blender with Touchpad, Sound Enclosure, and 2 Jars - 120V

This blender is TERRIBLE. We purchased 1 to test and had no issues so we initiated a purchase for 15 locations. Within 30 days 5 of the blenders had broken and Avamix and Webstaurant are unwilling to help as we are a Canadian customer. I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing to RETHINK the purchase. Spend on the Waring or Vitamix option because Avamix will not hold up.

I own a coffee shop restaurant that serves smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, milkshakes etc. I have one of these as my primary blender and it handles 95% of the workload. Purchased in November 2021 and it has ripped through thousands of beverages without an issue. I'm about to purchase another for my second location and make the old one the secondary/backup blender. It also handles frozen fruits milkshakes . We do all our frozen drinks in 16oz size only and this machine can do three at a time (make sure you have that lid on tight!). Taking apart for cleaning takes a few minutes, but is not bad at all. Does not require any tools. Customers love it as the older blenders made too much noise

We LOVE this blender! It has worked great and we've had no issues at all so far. High speed and can handle constant use in a busy coffee shop.

Touch screen is very sensitive and sometimes not helpful when busy. Strong blender power but it broke within 2 years of operation. Overall not happy with this blender for the price.

While this blender works to make drinks and is pretty quiet with the lid, it is extremely difficult to program any of the buttons. We finally just decided we had to hit buttons, stand their and wait to see if the drinks come out to the right consistency, instead of hitting a button and letting it doing it to the proper setting that we want.

Stopped working after 7 months. Doesn't even that sound proof.

Blends ice and frozen fruit with ease.

I ran a drink concession stand at events where I would make 500-800 cups of thick blended boba tea each weekend from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. I have three of these and have been using them for a couple of years and have had no problems yet. The programming functions are confusing, and we don't use those functions. We just use the start/stop and speed button and adjust depending on the chunkiness of the ice. We are very busy making drinks, but using it this way is the most efficient. We would, most of the time, have two people running three blenders at the same time. For the cost, I think it is so worth it.

Bought this blender largely due to the price point. Worked for 1.5 years before it burnt out. Purchase the 48oz containers. This blender is not strong enough to blend 64 oz of anything with fruit or ice. Maybe a purée or soup but no smoothies or frappes. Follow the layering guide liquids must go in first. Great for low volume / secondary blender but not good for high volume.

I bought 2, they worked well at the beginning, but now a year into using them and they are no longer working. They over heated so definitely not good for constant use. I cant be spending $ a year for a blender

I own a coffee shop and we have gone through 3 of these and haven’t even been open 90 days. Not worth the money

Excellent blender!! Blends a frappe in 13 seconds. This thing is amazing. Will definitely buy again

As other reviews stated, had issues with the display working from almost day one.Motor shaft broke within 3 months of use. For the premium price, this blender did not live up to the name. Would not recommend this blender.

Definitely my favorite commercial Blender so far, I had another version of this blender without the shield and I definitely like this one better.

We purchased this blender last August to mix smoothies and thus far it has worked fairly well. I dropped the lid yesterday and the ears on the clear plastic piece of the lid broke off, so it won't lock into the cover. Today was chatting with a member of your customer service team and they are telling me I need to purchase the entire container. There has to be a way one could just purchase the clear lid. Additionally, I now see the new unit comes with 2 Jars, however mine only came with 1 Jar. I have model number 928HBX1000.
