This might hold up in a home setting but not in a coffee shop where it is used many times a day! the first one I ordered I got credited but ts he next one I had is out of the return stage and we didn't use more than 6 months and the on off toggle switch just fell off. Go ahead and spend more money for something better.

The first time I tried to use this to blend Açaí sorbet, it was a big fail. The blender merely sits on top of the base, it does not actually attach. Terrible design for an industrial blender! And very inconvenient when you have to use one hand for the tamper and one hand for the pulse button. The high setting sounded like metal grinding and didn't blend the sorbet at all. And now, apparently, even though it's been used only once and I still have the original packaging, we can't send it back for even a partial refund. This company has terrible policies. Exorbitant prices for everything. Don't waste your money or your time. Go elsewhere.

Horrible, save your money or invest on a good quality one. This will break in less than 6 months.

No good quality. The drive will break every 2 months.

We purchased this blender about five months ago to make shaved ice at our shop and it has not disappointed! It is very easy to clean and has held up well to the use it has received.

I was very excited about this product when I first got it, yes at first it looked little flimsy, where the jar doesn't lock down and it just sits there, was little scary for restaurant use. When to try to blend anything it doesn't blend properly, so I have to use my Ninja blender to blend things into the quality that I like. I would not recommend this product to any one wants to get a blender for their Restaurant use. Stay away from this product.

Very resistant and blends very well, it is not very noisy.

This thing is fantastic! If I make a frappe, or purée, a soup, I have never had a problem with this blender! Frappes for everyone!

We have 5 of these Galaxy 3 1/2 blender. I don't know where these bad reviews come from, we blended 200 plus smoothies, even using frozen fruits daily, and it held just fine. Blender has been working for one year and 1/2. We hope it will stay.

Wow .. strong blender and cheap one , this is blender help me a lot

We've been using the Galaxy in our coffee shop to make blended lattes, frappes, and smoothies for a little over 8 months. I bought it to just get going, I was hoping for 3-4 months of service from it. It has held up surprisingly well. It does start to show if you run it constantly all morning, And it is LOUD. But for the price I wasn't expecting a much higher price blender.
