Vitamix 62826 Vita-Prep 3 3 hp Blender with 64 oz. Container - 120V

Vitamix blenders are the only way to go in any commercial or heavy home use kitchen. Our restaurant offers 4 health-smart smoothies every morning, and the Vitamix is the only blender that smoothly blends fiberous ingredients such as ginger root, tumeric, and pineapple. We opted for the 3.3hp "commercial" blender because of it's constant use. We also use them in processing sauces, dressing and other marinades. I really like that you can get extra or replacement pitchers incase one is not enough or they break if dropped frequently.

From the first use it didn't work properly. The thermal sensor triggers the auto shut off in under 60 seconds making blending anything impossible. We are not blending anything hot, too thick, or out of the ordinary. Support and Vitamix won't take the unit back because now it's been opened even though they acknowledge it could be a faulty unit and it is not working properly. Highly recommend staying away from this and trying a different brand.

Died after 20 uses and no return available because it was 20 days after the 30 day guarantee- Vitamix used to be better-
